Hi, I'm Jackie Westbrook of Westbrook Insurance Services. I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself and our insurance agency.

I started my insurance career in 1998 as a captive agent, meaning that my agency represented a single insurance company. After a while it became apparent that representing a single insurance company didn't give my policyholders the flexibility and choices they needed when they experienced changes in their life. For example, people have accidents. Young families gain a new teen driver at some point. And drivers, both young and old, get tickets. When changes such as these occur, it is likely the cost of your insurance will change as well.

Today as an independent insurance agency, representing many top-rated companies, we can adapt to change. If you find your insurance premium going up because of a ticket, we can look for a better rate with a different company.
